Who we are

What we collect

When you send our enquiry form we receive your name, email address, phone number (if you give one), the date and size of your event and your message. We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and to deliver what you ask us for.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your request and for our basic business records, then we delete them. We do not sell your details or share them with advertisers.

Cookies and counting

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. A short-lived technical cookie protects the enquiry form from abuse. We also count, without identifying you, how many times the phone, WhatsApp, email and Instagram buttons are pressed, so we can see which pages help people reach us.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
