Hi, I'm Yetkin Turksezer

I was born in 1990 in Kadıköy, Istanbul, and that is where my journey in food began. My first step into this sector was at Su Ada (Water Island).

Once I had gained enough experience, I moved on to other restaurants and pastry specialists all over Turkey, learning something new in every kitchen: Sortie Al Catra, Casual Brasserie, Parole Restaurant, Mado and Alaçatı Muhallebicisi.

Everything I picked up along the way I now bring to you here in the U.K. My aim is simple: to serve you a real taste of Turkey and Istanbul, from silky milk puddings and pistachio pastries to grilled dishes and celebration cakes, made with care.
